I have just changed my car with the assistance of Dan Evans at Evans Halshaw, Plymouth. The experience has been great....from the minute we showed interest in the car Dan was nothing less than top class. He allowed us time to look over the car and didn't hover around explaining the obvious. He happily arranged for us to drive the car and answered all the questions we had - nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend Dan enough - it's been a great experience and we've felt looked after the whole way through. Thanks Dan!

Having dealt with Ian Forster my experience was without doubt the most calming buying purchase I've ever had. Ian was very supportive of my procrastination in that he never pushed me and wanted to make sure I made the right decision for my needs. Ian explained about the companies methods sale and all of my options and all of this was done without pressure to myself, Ian new of my anxiety issues and for this I'm extremely thankful. I spoke to Luke the sales manager who could not have been more helpful and indeed the head of business David Parsons who in turn came out had chat with me to check that I was happy in all my dealings with Evans Halshaw and Ian Forster. All of the staff seemed very happy and very welcoming to everyone that I seen come into the building. Sadly the motor I bought was deemed not right after all. I explained this to Ian and staff and I was told not to worry myself and that a refund would be put in place soonest and within a few days my account was credited. To this end I would like to thank you all for your outstanding customer service and friendly manner especially Ian Forster. Joanne Mucha/Cable also was very helpful too as at times I took time to chat to her on the sales floor, she in turn too could not speak highly enough of the company and it's professional reputation within the motor trade. Thank you all. 20/10 in all areas.

Some of the best service I have ever had the pleasure to have received. We purchased a new car from then and received fantastic service from the Sales person, admin staff and all others involved in our purchase. We had a problem with the vehicle with.in 3 week of purchase but they went over and above to sort it including lending me a vehicle while mine was off the road. Special thanks to the Dealer Principle who went the extra mile.
